The Villages at Carver Apartment Homes are located just south of downtown Atlanta and is easy access to the MARTA, I-75/85, I-20, and Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. In the heart of College and University living, our community is very convenient to Georgia State University, Georgia Tech, Morehouse and Spelman College, as well as Clark Atlanta University, Atlanta Metropolitan State College and Atlanta Technical College.  We are easily located to some of the best dining and shopping in downtown Atlanta, or the East Atlanta Village. For some great entertainment, just to the south of us is the Lakewood Amphitheater and Fair Grounds, and one of the last remaining of it’s kind, the Starlight Six Drive-In Theater which opened in 1949.
  
The Villages at Carver community is also in close proximity to Grant Park and Zoo Atlanta. Grant Park, a 131-acre green space and recreational area, is the oldest park in the city of Atlanta. This historic park and scenic grounds are surrounded by a lovely old Victorian neighborhood. Grant Park is also home to Zoo Atlanta. With approximately 800 animals on display, Zoo Atlanta is one of only four zoos in the U.S. currently housing giant pandas. For a more picturesque family outing, the Swann Preserve is located just to our south, the preserve is a beautiful natural park located on the banks of the South River.
